NOVELTY - Graphene composite sterilizing filter core comprises a filter core main body, where the filter core main body comprises a filter sterilizing layer (10). The filter sterilizing layer comprises graphene material, active carbon material and adhesive, and graphene material. The active carbon material and adhesive ratio are respectively 1-15%, 70-90% and 5-15%. The graphene material is high-purity graphene powder with particle size of 8-50 mu m. USE - Graphene composite sterilizing filter core. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite sterilizing filter core has simple assembling technique, low manufacturing cost, effective use space, improves the effective filter area of the filter core, improves the filtering and sterilizing efficiency of the filter core, reduces the changing frequency, is more convenient to use, has wide application range, without secondary pollution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing a graphene composite sterilization filter element, which involves: (A) providing a graphene material into high-purity graphene powder with a particle size of 8-50 mu m by a mechanical peeling method; (B) providing activated carbon material for adsorbing soluble colloids and macromolecular organics; (C) providing adhesives for gluing and sealing; (D) mixing the high-purity graphene powder, activated carbon material and binder mixed to obtain a mixture material; and (E) crimping the filter sterilization layer to form hollow cylinder to obtain the sterilization filter element.
