NOVELTY - The camera (1) has a spherical core cover (4) that is used for covering a lens assembly. A transparent cover (5) is arranged outside the core cover. A receiving space is provided between the core cover and the ball core cover. The front end of the lens assembly is used to protrude from the spherical core cover and extend into the receiving space. A heating element (6) is located in the receiving space and surrounding the front end of the lens assembly. A light-shielding element (7) is located on the inner surface of the transparent cover, and is located outside the field of view of lens assembly. A heat insulation element (8) is located in the receiving space, and is used for surrounding the front end of the lens assembly, and fixed between the light shielding element and the ball core cover. The heating element is fixed to the heat insulation element which isolates the heating element and the light shielding element. The heating element includes a graphene composite material. USE - Video camera for use in electronic equipment field. ADVANTAGE - The video camera has good defogging effect and good shooting effect. The transparent cover is heated more efficiently, and the continuous heating realizes the anti-fogging function. The heat insulating element is arranged between the shading element and the heating element, so as to avoid direct contact between the shading element and the heating element, resulting in thermal shrinkage and deformation.
