NOVELTY - The device has a biological interface layer (2) that is overlapped and connected to a sample collection layer (1). An outlet area is connected to a sample detection area (22). An electrode interface layer is connected to the conductive substrate. The electrode interface layer is provided to specifically identify and capture biomolecules in the sample to be tested. USE - Patch-type wearable metabolite detecting device for detecting metabolic disease such as chronic disease at home to share medical service. ADVANTAGE - The patch-type wearable metabolite detection device has higher stability, longer service life, shorter detection time, less detection hysteresis. The integrated requirement of wearable detection device is satisfied. The flexible and convenient wearable detection is ensured. The substrate material is selected from biocompatible flexible material, thus the foreign body sensation is reduced, and the risk of the allergy wearing is reduced.
