USE - Method for preparing ordered porous zinc oxide/graphene composite film (claimed) used for sewage treatment, photolysis of water to hydrogen, and air purification of energy source. ADVANTAGE - The composite film has controllable pore size and higher photocatalytic performance. The method is environment-friendly, non-toxic and easy to recover and has low cost and no secondary pollution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of ordered porous zinc oxide/graphene composite film comprises: (A) adding 2.85x 10-3 to 0.02 mol/L sodium bicarbonate solution or sodium chloride solution into reaction device, stirring, introducing inert gas, dissolving, adding styrene at volume ratio of 2.5:1-5:1, and heating to 65-80 degrees C; adding 3.4-12.95x 10-3 mol/L initiator potassium persulfate, heating, reacting for 15-24 hours, and filtering to obtain polystyrene emulsion; (B) soaking in carrier for 1-5 minutes, placing into vertical lifting substrate at 1-60 mm/minute, drying, soaking, taking out, and drying for 1-5 times to obtain polystyrene template; where carrier is glass, silicon, metal, or refractory readily degradable substrate; (C) adding aqueous zinc acetate, 0.2-1 mol/L complexing agent and 0.2-1 mol/L organic solvent, water bathing at 50-70 degrees C for 2-3 hours, adding 2-10 mg/ml graphene oxide suspension, and ultrasonically stirring; (D) soaking in polystyrene template at 1-60 mm/minute for 1-5 minutes; and (E) drying and calcining at 400-600 degrees C for 30-120 minutes under inert gas condition. The organic solvent is ethanol. The complexing agent is diethanolamine. The molar ratio aqueous zinc acetate and complexing agent is 3:1-1:3. The molar ratio of aqueous zinc acetate and graphene oxide solution is 330:1-1650:1.
