▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene involves (i) adding oxidant solution to graphite powder for micro-expansion to obtain a micro-expanded graphite solution, (ii) washing, purifying and drying the micro-expanded graphite solution after filtering to obtain micro-expanded graphite powder, and (iii) subjecting micro-expanded graphite powder to microwave plasma treatment to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method introduces microwave plasma technology into the process of preparing graphene, uses graphite powder as raw materials, improves the long reaction time of the existing oxidation-reduction method and the large number of graphene defects, uses environmental pollution of waste liquid which is suitable for rapid and efficient preparation and production of graphene. The graphene has low cost, controllable number of layers, large specific surface area and high conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a graphene obtained by the above method, where the number of layers of the graphene is 1-3, the specific surface area of the graphene is greater than or equal to 800 m2/g, the powder conductivity is greater than or equal to 1900 S/m, and the thermal conductivity is greater than or equal to 1000 W/(m.K).
