▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacturing graphene film using fullerene derivative comprises (a) forming carbonized catalyst layer on a substrate by supplying a carbonized catalyst, (b) preparing fullerene derivative solution by dissolving fullerene derivative, (c) laminating the fullerene derivative solution on the carbonized catalyst layer, and (d) carrying out heat treatment to the sequentially stacked substrate/carbonized catalyst layer/fullerene derivative solution layer. USE - The graphene film is useful in organic solar cell transparent electrode and organic light-emitting diode. ADVANTAGE - The graphene film: has simple preparation process; has good physical and chemical properties; has high permeability; and can be applied to transparent electrode of organic solar cell without damaging its physical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) an organic solar cell transparent electrode including the graphene film manufactured by the above mentioned method; and (2) an organic light-emitting diode comprising the transparent electrode.
