▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Electromagnetic fluid comprises 1-3 pts. wt. short-chain alkyl, 6 pts. wt. graphene colloid, and 9.4 pts. wt. base biphenyl heat transfer oil. The short-chain alkyl group is a mixed powder of methyl, ethyl, and isopropyl. The graphene colloid is produced by the improved Hummers method. The graphene colloid includes graphene which is composed of single-layer and partial oligo-layer graphene. The graphene powder has technical indicators including appearance, black-gray powder, thickness is not less than 5 nanometer, diameter 5-20 nanometer, moisture content not less than 2%. The bulk density is 0.02-0.04g/ml, and biphenyl type heat-conducting oil is a kind of compound with alkyl branch chain connected to the biphenyl ring. USE - Electromagnetic fluid. ADVANTAGE - The electromagnetic fluid produces a magnetic levitation effect, and generates a thermal runaway effect on the solid fluidized medium through electromagnetic and electromagnetic fields, makes fluid substance molecules, continuously generate local and instantaneous high temperature and high pressure, so that the water pipe immersed in the electromagnetic liquid absorbs heat and raises the temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing an electromagnetic liquid, which involves: (A) using improved Hummers method to prepare graphene colloids; (B) preparing each material component including methyl, ethyl, isopropyl, graphene colloid; (C) adding methyl, ethyl and isopropyl into the mixing tank in order, and dispersing at high speed; (D) grinding powder slurry with a grinder, and the grinding fineness is less than 20 micrometer to obtain fine powder; (E) adding ground powder slurry to the mixing tank, turning on low-speed stirring, controlling at 300-500 revolution/minute, adding biphenyl type heat-conducting oil to dissolve the micropowder, and dispersing by ultrasonic to obtain a micropowder suspension; and (F) mixing micropowder suspension with the graphene colloid in a proportion, and obtaining electromagnetic liquid by ultrasonic treatment.
