NOVELTY - A flexible touch screen comprises flexible substrate, transparent conductive film and insulating film attached to the flexible substrate. The transparent conductive film adopts graphene/silver nanowires/graphene multilayer composite film. The preparation of graphene/silver nanowires/graphene multilayer composite film involves (1) spin coating the surface of the flexible substrate, depositing silver nanowire dispersion on the surface of graphene layer (I) to obtain a silver nanowire layer, covering graphene layer (II) on the surface of silver nanowire layer by spraying, obtaining transparent conductive film (A), repeating the preparation method to obtain transparent conductive film (B), (2) patterning the transparent conductive film (A) and transparent conductive film (B) by etching process, (3) coating an insulating film on the transparent conductive film (A), covering the transparent conductive film (B) on the surface of insulating film, heating and drying. USE - Flexible touch screen. ADVANTAGE - The economical flexible touch screen has high hardness, high conductivity and long service life, and can be bent freely. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A flexible touch screen comprises flexible substrate, transparent conductive film and insulating film attached to the flexible substrate. The transparent conductive film adopts graphene/silver nanowires/graphene multilayer composite film. The preparation of graphene/silver nanowires/graphene multilayer composite film involves (1) spin coating the surface of the flexible substrate, depositing silver nanowire dispersion on the surface of graphene layer (I) to obtain a silver nanowire layer, covering graphene layer (II) on the surface of silver nanowire layer by spraying, obtaining transparent conductive film (A), repeating the preparation method to obtain transparent conductive film (B), (2) patterning the transparent conductive film (A) and transparent conductive film (B) by etching process, (3) coating an insulating film on the transparent conductive film (A), covering the transparent conductive film (B) on the surface of insulating film, heating and drying. The graphene dispersion is a dispersion of graphene oxide or reduced graphene powder in water or an organic solvent. The concentration of graphene dispersion is 0.1-10 mg/ml. The silver nanowire dispersion is a dispersion of silver nanowires in water or organic solvent. The concentration of silver nanowire dispersion is 0.5-15 mg/ml. The silver nanowire has length of 5-100 mu m and diameter of 10-100 nm.
