DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of zirconium-graphene getter material comprising mixing zirconium powder and graphene powder, adding mixed powder to mechanical alloying equipment and mechanically alloying to make zirconium-graphene getter material; or mixing zirconium powder and graphene powder, putting mixed powder into pressing mold and using press or isostatic pressing equipment to form getter or vacuum materials; or mixing zirconium powder and graphene powder, mixing mixed powder and colloid and storing airtight where product is poured into special mold to form required components, or coated on sealing component of vacuum device for bonding vacuum components when in use; or mixing zirconium powder and graphene powder, adding mixed powder to mold, putting into vacuum sintering equipment and sintering to make getter or vacuum zero component.
