▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The objective lens has multiple single lenses coaxially arranged together and provided with a focusing lens group for converging an object-side diverging light into parallel light. A color difference lens group is provided for achromatic color. A collimating lens group converges the propagating light collimated into the parallel light. The focusing lens group comprises a first lens (L1) and a second lens (L2) sequentially from an object side to an image side. The first lens is formed as a meniscus positive lens. The second lens is formed as an aspheric double-convex lens. A third lens is arranged behind the second lens. A collimating lens group comprises a ninth lens (L9) and a tenth lens (L10) sequentially set from the object side to the image side. The ninth lens is formed as the meniscus positive lens. A surface facing the object side is a convex surface. The tenth lens is set as a double concave negative lens. USE - Microscope objective lens for use in a quantum dot, one-dimensional nanowire, graphene and two-dimensional crystal material measurement applications under an ultra-low temperature environment. ADVANTAGE - The microscope objective lens can realize effective microscopic imaging in the ultra-low temperature environment, since the lens group of the collimating lens group is set as the double-concave negative lens group. The lens group can be easily adjusted according to the coma aberration of the light output by the meniscus positive lens to image, so that the adjusted coma does not exceed the preset threshold range under the condition that the coma exceeds the predetermined threshold range, thus effectively realizing microscopic imaging even in the low-temperature environment by using the microscope objective. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for determining a microscope objective lens group. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a microscope objective lens. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
