▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene/polypropylene conductive nano complex material comprises 92.5-97.5 pts. wt. polypropylene, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene and 1.5-4.5 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene. USE - The graphene/polypropylene conductive nano complex material is useful for conductive material, electromagnetic shielding material or antistatic material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene/polypropylene conductive nano complex material comprising: (i) adding graphene into 100-600 pts. wt. xylene and ultrasonically dispersing under room temperature for 3-5 hours to obtain graphene dispersion liquid; (ii) dissolving maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene and polypropylene in 600-800 pts. wt. xylene, reacting at 110-140 degrees C by mechanical stirring until the solution blend to form a homogenous polymer solution; and (iii) mixing graphene dispersion liquid with homogenous polymer solution, adding xylene, maintaining the concentration of the mixed system at 0.5-1 g/10 ml, stirring mechanically under prerequisite temperature for 4-6 hours, pouring the hot mixture into excess absolute ethanol, filtering the product, washing with absolute ethanol for 3-5 times, drying in an oven at 50-60 degrees C for 10-15 hours and heating the obtained product at 210-240 degrees C with a pressure of 9-10 MPa.
