▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing monodisperse nano-copper-zinc-tin-sulfur, involves preparing raw materials by taking 10-30 pts. wt. organic copper, 10-30 pts. wt. alkyl zinc, 20-50 pts. wt. alkyl tin, 10-50 pts. wt. alcohol solvent, 5-10 pts. wt. fatty acid and 8-20 pts. wt. thiourea ethanol solution, and performing reflux reaction by mixing organic copper, alkyl zinc, alkyl tin, alcohol solvent and fatty acid under the protection of inert gas, performing heating and refluxing reaction for 4-6 hours, filtering, washing and drying to obtain monodisperse oxide precursor, mixing the monodisperse oxide precursor and thiourea ethanol solution, performing microwave ultrasonic reaction and discharging to obtain the monodisperse nano-copper-zinc-tin-sulfur. USE - The method for preparing monodisperse nano-copper-zinc-tin-sulfur for solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The method has narrow particle size distribution and monodisperse characteristics, which solve the problem of agglomeration during the preparation of nano-copper-zinc-tin-sulfur powder. The solar cell has excellent photoelectric conversion efficiency.
