▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Composite nanophase absorbing material obtained by uniformly loading cobalt and graphene on a thin surface, and drilling to form nano-granule, is claimed. USE - Composite nanophase absorbing material. ADVANTAGE - The composite nanophase absorbing material has reflection rate of less than -10 dB, frequency of 12.5-17.5 GHz and maximum absorption of -12.5 dB. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the composite nanophase absorbing material, comprising adding the graphene in a stannous chloride solution, ultrasonically treating the solution at 25 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, then sensitizing, filtering the mixture to obtain filtered liquid, washing the filtered liquid using deionized water to a neutral, adding graphene in a palladium chloride solution, then activating at 25 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, then filtering and washing with deionized water to neutral to form pre-treated graphene, plating pre-treated graphene, ultrasonically dispersing pre-treated graphene in water, uniformly mixing cobalt chloride hexahydrate, sodium hypophosphite, sodium citrate and ammonium chloride, regulating the pH to 8-10 using ammonium hydroxide, reacting the mixture for 1-3 hours, filtering and washing the product, and drying at 70-90 degrees C.
