NOVELTY - The device comprises heating unit, sublimation unit and condensing unit from bottom to top. The sublimation unit comprises a bottom end sealed and a containing frame of the upper end opening. The containing frame is provided with multiple partitions towards the same direction. The upper ends of partitions are level, and the partitions divide the accommodating frame into multiple independent containing cavities. USE - The preparation device is for graphene film transfer isolation layer. ADVANTAGE - The device avoids the supporting layer polymer and the graphene layer from directly contacting and because the area is limited, the influence of the organic solvent solution in the wax solution is limited and comprehensive balance is beneficial. The device solves the technical problem that the isolation layer prepared by the existing technology pollutes the graphene, and affects the support of the supporting layers.
