NOVELTY - A preparation method of doped graphene oxide reinforced ODS copper comprises putting copper-aluminum alloy powder mixed with graphene oxide dispersion liquid, oxidizing with graphene dispersion liquid, and soaking into mixed slurry; magnetically stirring mixed slurry, water bath heating, volatilizing dispersant liquid, and vacuum drying; and molding dried composite powder, sintering to obtain graphene-reinforced ODS copper composite material, densifying composite material to obtain graphene, and uniformly dispersing by plastic processing. USE - Method for preparation of doped graphene oxide reinforced ODS copper. ADVANTAGE - The prepared copper has excellent processing performance.
