▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-polyethylene terephthalate/polycarbonate alloy with excellent mechanical property comprises 100 pts. wt. polycarbonate resin, 10-30 pts. wt. graphene-polyethylene terephthalate modified masterbatch, and 10 pts. wt. polyolefin elastomer-grafted-maleic anhydride, where the graphene-polyethylene terephthalate modified masterbatch is made by combining graphene prepared by ball milling with ethylene glycol to form graphene/ethylene glycol complex, and then carrying out in situ polymerization with terephthalic acid to obtain graphene-polyethylene terephthalate modified masterbatch. USE - The alloy is useful in engineering plastic fields, preferably automotive parts and machinery. ADVANTAGE - The alloy: solves the critical problem of poor interface performance of polyethylene terephthalate and polycarbonate composite material; and realizes excellent interface bonding; improves the processing performance of polycarbonate; and has excellent rigidity, wear resistance, heat resistance, toughness and processability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-polyethylene terephthalate/polycarbonate alloy with excellent mechanical property comprising, high-speed mixing polycarbonate resin, graphene-polyethylene terephthalate modified masterbatch and polyolefin elastomer-grafted-maleic anhydride, then drying at 120-150 degrees C for 4-6 hours, extruding by a twin-screw, and then performing injection molding in a injection machine at a temperature of 255-275 degrees C.
