NOVELTY - The device has a barrel, a fixed graphite rod (3), a movable graphite rod (6), a driving mechanism, a support mechanism, an adjusting mechanism and a circulation mechanism. The barrel and the driving mechanism are fixed by the support mechanism. The fixed graphite rod and the movable graphite rod are arranged coaxially and spaced apart by a preset distance. The moving graphite rod rotates in a circle under the drive of the driving mechanism. The fixed graphite rod and the movable graphite rod are arranged coaxially. A top of the barrel is provided with a feed port (1), and the movable graphite rod is provided with a feed port that is coaxially arranged with the feed port. An upper end of the movable graphite rod is provided with a blind hole (32) corresponding to the feed port. An upper end of the fixed graphite rod and a lower end of the movable graphite rod are respectively connected with a power cord (12), and the power cord is connected with an external power source.
