▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Milled pitch-based carbon fiber comprises anisotropic pitch as a raw material, where the average fiber diameter is 5-15 mu m, the volume-equivalent average fiber length is 300 mu m or less, the fiber cross section has a random structure, and the graphene sheet is open when observing the fiber end face with a transmission electron microscope. USE - The milled pitch-based carbon fiber is used for forming heat conductive molded articles (claimed), such as semiconductor elements, power supply and light source for electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The milled pitch-based carbon fiber has excellent thermal conductivity and less curing inhibition of matrix such as resin, and provides articles with excellent thermal conductivity, density and flexibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for heat conductive molded article, which contains the milled pitch-based carbon fiber, and at least one of matrix component chosen from a thermoplastic resin, a thermosetting resin and a rubber component. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flowchart of milled pitch-based carbon fiber manufacture method.
