▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The organic solar cell has substrate that is provided with bottom electrode layer, hole-transport layer, active layer and top electrode layer arranged in order. The top electrode layer is formed on active layer. A hole-transport layer is provided with graphene laminated on electrode with UV-ozone treatment at 10 -55 degrees and measured by the sessile drop process. The value of the dispersibility surface energy/polar surface energy using the water contact angle about the graphene laminated on the electrode with the UV-ozone treatment is 0.5 ~ 3. USE - Organic solar cell for the general home use. ADVANTAGE - The efficiency of the solar cell is improved. The economical efficiency enhancement is attained due to the low manufacturing cost. The organic solar cell with high conductivity and element stability is manufactured efficiently. Environmental contamination of the solar cell is prevented. Flexibility of the solar cell is ensured. The solar cell guarantees high power conversion efficiency. The damage of the bottom electrode layer is reduced. The lifetime of the organic solar cell is increased.
