▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Aqueous antistatic coating comprises 1-30 wt.% aqueous polyurethane resin, 1-30 wt.% sulfonated graphene/poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) composite dispersion, 0.1-5 wt.% crosslinking agent, 0.1-0.5 wt.% coupling agent and 20-80 wt.% diluent. The sulfonated graphene/PEDOT composite dispersion comprises 1-5 wt.% sulfonated graphene/PEDOT composite, prepared by polymerization. The mass ratio of sulfonated graphene and PEDOT is 1:0.2-1:5. USE - Aqueous antistatic coating used for plastic substrate (claimed), electronic packaging materials, and electronic tray and bracket. ADVANTAGE - The coating has high light transmittance and electrical conductivity, and good stability, solvent resistance and elongation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of coating comprising dispersing sulfonated graphene, 3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene monomer and polyethylene glycol in deionized water at 20-50 degrees C, regulating pH to 0.5-4.5, stirring at 500-1000 revolutions/minute, adding oxidizing agent and catalyst, stirring for 10-72 hours, removing ion impurities by dialysis or ion exchange resin, diluting with deionized water to obtain sulfonated graphene/PEDOT composite dispersion, dispersing at 500-5000 revolutions/minute for 10-120 minutes, adding aqueous polyurethane, auxiliary agent, crosslinking agent, coupling agent, and diluent, uniformly mixing, and filtering through 200-500 mesh filter screen; and (2) application of coating comprising applying aqueous antistatic coating to plastic substrate, and baking for 1-30 minutes at 80-140 degrees C.
