▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Sewage heavy metal ion adsorbent comprises 200-300 pts. wt. pine bark, 4-8 pts. wt. zinc sulfide, 5-7 pts. wt. iron sulfide, 10-20 pts. wt. N-(3-triethoxysilylpropyl) ethylenediamine, 50-60 pts. wt. diatomite, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene nano-layer/manganese dioxide composite, 6-12 pts. wt. chitosan-graphene composite material, 20-40 pts. wt. ethanediol, 10-20 pts. wt. hydrochloric acid, 10-14 pts. wt. hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and 400-500 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Used as sewage heavy metal ion adsorbent. ADVANTAGE - The adsorbent has wide source of pine bark, low cost, use molecule sieve carrier by ion exchange, does not cause secondary pollution, and has good heavy metal ions removal effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the sewage heavy metal ion adsorbent comprising (i) taking pine bark, placing into melting furnace and carrying out carbonization at 800-1000 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, (ii) melting furnace and introducing nitrogen to the melting furnace in oxygen content is not greater than 400 parts per million (ppm), cooling to room temperature, (iii) using resulting carbonized pine bark for grinding and crushing 600 mesh sieve, (iv) using resulting carbonization of the powder, subjecting to steam activation, by uniformly carbonized powder containing 5% carbon dioxide gas to carbon monoxide for 20 minutes, (v) taking diatomite, graphene nano-layer/manganese dioxide composite and chitosan-graphene composite material, drying by grinding crushing, sieving through 600 meshes, after sieving and resulting the pine tree bark activated carbonized powder mixing and stirring uniformly, (iv) using iron sulfide and zinc sulfide adding into deionized water, carrying out magnetic stirring for 30 minutes, (vii) using mixture obtained in the step (v), adding into resulting obtained mixed solution, keeping in the ultrasonic oscillating for 30 minutes, filtering and drying filter the under room temperature, (viii) adding N-(3-triethoxysilylpropyl) ethylenediamine into ethanediol, stirring while adding hydrochloric acid and ultrasonically processing for 20 minutes, (ix) using resulting mixed liquid added with hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, stirring while adding mixture obtained in the step (vii), magnetic stirring for 30 minutes, under water bath condition heating the condensed relux at 80 degrees C for 5-6 hours, cooling to room temperature, then washing separated out solids and vacuum drying at 20 degrees C for 24 hours, obtain sewage heavy metal ion adsorbent.
