NOVELTY - Graphene oxide-polyethylene glycol porphyrin dipolymer salt compound comprises 200-20000, preferably 2000-12000 molecule weight polyethylene glycol and porphyrin dipolymer salts (I,II,III). USE - Graphene oxide-polyethylene glycol porphyrin dipolymer salt compound used for preparing medicine, medicinal composition and medicine box for fluorescence imaging and photodynamic therapy, especially fluorescence light guidance photodynamic therapy for treating or diagnosing of malignant tumor, such as solid tumor, particularly bladder carcinoma of esophagus, bronchial carcinoma, oral carcinoma, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, skin tumor, liver cancer, pancreatic cancer, skin cancer, carcinoma of penis, cervix uteri cancer, breast cancer, crissum tumor, Kaposi sarcoma, gastric cancer, bile duct cancer, prostate cancer, melanoma and brain tumor, Barrett's esophagus, oral leukoplakia or nonmalignant cancer, such as senile eye maculopathy, atherosclerosis plaque, rheumatoid arthritis, skin micro-blood vessel malformation, psoriasis and lupus erythematosus (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene oxide-polyethylene glycol porphyrin dipolymer salt compound comprises 200-20000, preferably 2000-12000 molecule weight polyethylene glycol and porphyrin dipolymer salts of formulae (I,II,III).. R=1-6C alkyl, 2-6C alkenyl, 2-6C alkynyl, 1-6C alkoxy 1-6C acyl, halogen or one hydroxy group; M=alkali metal, alkaline earth metal or NH4+; and p=reciprocal of the valence number of M. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene oxide-polyethylene glycol porphyrin dipolymer salt compound, which involves: (A) mixing aqueous solution of porphyrin dipolymer salt and aqueous solution of graphene oxide-polyethylene glycol; and (B) reacting mixture for 6-12 hours at pH 5-8, preferably pH 7.4 and filtering with 100 kilodaltons filter to obtain final product.
