DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene-titanium dioxide nanorod array composite material, comprising mixing a substrate with an organic titanium source solution, performing hydrothermal synthesis and heat treatment to obtain a titanium dioxide loaded nanorod substrate of array, using the substrate supporting the titanium dioxide nanorod array as a receiver, ultrasonically spraying the graphene dispersion on the surface of the titanium dioxide nanorod array, and cooling.
