▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-titanium dioxide nanorod array composite material, comprises a graphene layer and a titanium dioxide nanorod array layer, where the graphene layer is attached to one side of the titanium dioxide nanorod array layer, and the mass ratio of graphene and titanium dioxide is 1:1.5-3. USE - The material is useful as photocatalyst (claimed) for degrading ciprofloxacin. ADVANTAGE - The material has the degradation rate of more than 85%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene-titanium dioxide nanorod array composite material, comprising mixing a substrate with an organic titanium source solution, performing hydrothermal synthesis and heat treatment to obtain a titanium dioxide loaded nanorod substrate of array, using the substrate supporting the titanium dioxide nanorod array as a receiver, ultrasonically spraying the graphene dispersion on the surface of the titanium dioxide nanorod array, and cooling.
