NOVELTY - Preparing poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)/molybdenum disulfide/graphene composite material involves: (1) adding graphene oxide to ionized water, mechanically stirring, ultrasonically processing to prepare a graphene oxide dispersion (I), adding ammonium molybdate tetrahydrate and thiourea to deionized water, stirring to prepare an ammonium molybdate and thiourea mixed solution (II), adding the solution (II) to the dispersion (I), stirring, ultrasonically processing, reacting, centrifuging, washing, and vacuum drying to prepare a graphene-loaded molybdenum disulfide; and (2) adding graphene-loaded molybdenum disulfide and orange II to deionized water, stirring, ultrasonically processing to prepare graphene-loaded molybdenum disulfide and orange II mixed dispersion, adding 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene to the dispersion, stirring, ultrasonically processing, dripping ammonium persulfate hydrochloric acid solution, stirring, precipitating, washing, filtering, and vacuum drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)/molybdenum disulfide/graphene composite material used for manufacturing electrode of supercapacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical preparation of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)/molybdenum disulfide/graphene composite material with high specific capacitance and excellent electrochemical cycle stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)/molybdenum disulfide/graphene composite material involves: (1) adding 60-180 mg graphene oxide to 30-90 ml ionized water, mechanically stirring at room temperature for 1-2 hours, ultrasonically processing for 2-4 hours to prepare a graphene oxide dispersion (I), adding 0.4-0.6 g ammonium molybdate tetrahydrate and 0.1-0.2 g thiourea to 20-40 ml deionized water, stirring at room temperature for 10-20 minutes to prepare an ammonium molybdate and thiourea mixed solution (II), adding the mixed solution (II) to the dispersion (I), stirring for 10-30 minutes, ultrasonically processing for 30-60 minutes, transferring to a hydrothermal reactor lined with PTFE, reacting at 180-220 degrees C for 12-36 hours, centrifuging, washing, and vacuum drying at 60 degrees C for 24 hours to prepare a graphene-loaded molybdenum disulfide; and (2) adding 40-60 mg graphene-loaded molybdenum disulfide and 20-120 mg orange II to 10-20 ml deionized water, stirring for 1-2 hours, ultrasonically processing for 2-4 hours to prepare graphene-loaded molybdenum disulfide and orange II mixed dispersion, adding 60-240 mg 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene to the dispersion, stirring for 1-2 hours, ultrasonically processing for 1-2 hours, dripping 10-20 ml ammonium persulfate hydrochloric acid solution at 30-50 drops/minute, stirring at room temperature for 12-36 hours, precipitating with methanol, washing the precipitate with methanol and deionized water, filtering, washing until the filtrate is colorless, and vacuum drying at 60 degrees C for 24 hours.
