NOVELTY - Honeycomb filter core comprises filter core body (1), frame, and cover plate; the cover plate is plugged into top of filter core body, filter core body is slidingly connected with inner wall of frame, the inner wall of filter core body is slidably inserted with net-shaped clapboard (4) distributed equidistantly; the net-shaped clapboard divides inside of filter core body into primary dust removal chamber (5), secondary filter chamber (6), three-stage deodorizing chamber (7), four-stage adsorption chamber, and five-stage purification chamber, non-woven fabric is bonded inside the primary dust removal chamber. The inner wall of the secondary filter cavity is bonded with glass fiber net boxes distributed equidistantly, the inside of the three-stage deodorizing cavity is filled with activated carbon, the size of the activated carbon is larger than the pore size of the net-shaped clapboard, the four-stage adsorption chamber is slidably inserted with plant fiber net boxes. USE - The honeycomb filter core is useful for air purifier (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The honeycomb filter core: can removes large particles of impurities in the air, non-woven fabric initially filters the air, pleated non-woven fabric increases the contact area with air, can filters particles in air to greatest extent, activated carbon absorbs the odor in air to ensure the fresh air. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Honeycomb filter core comprises filter core body (1), frame, and cover plate; the cover plate is plugged into the top of the filter core body, the filter core body is slidingly connected with inner wall of the frame, the inner wall of the filter core body is slidably inserted with net-shaped clapboard (4) distributed equidistantly; the net-shaped clapboard divides the inside of the filter core body into primary dust removal chamber (5), secondary filter chamber (6), three-stage deodorizing chamber (7), four-stage adsorption chamber, and five-stage purification chamber, non-woven fabric is bonded inside the primary dust removal chamber; non-woven fabric is folded, the inner wall of the secondary filter cavity is bonded with glass fiber net boxes distributed equidistantly, the inside of the three-stage deodorizing cavity is filled with activated carbon, the size of the activated carbon is larger than the pore size of the net-shaped clapboard, the four-stage adsorption chamber is slidably inserted with plant fiber net boxes distributed at equal distances, the size of the plant fiber net box matches the size of the four-stage adsorption chamber, the inner wall of the five-stage purification chamber is slidably inserted with a purification net box, and the size of the purification net box is matched with the size of the five-stage purification chamber. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing honeycomb filter core comprising (i) preparing resin, glass fiber, plant fiber, casting mold, reactor, activated carbon, non-woven fabric, 1-3 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 1.5-3 pts. wt. vanadium pentoxide, 2-4 pts. wt. molybdenum trioxide, 1-1.5 pts. wt. graphene, 2-2.5 pts. wt. trihydric alcohol, organic solvent, catalyst and curing agent; (ii) heating and melting the resin in reactor, pouring the melted liquid resin on casting mold, casting the filter core body, frame, cover plate, net-shaped clapboard, glass fiber net boxes, plant fiber net box, purification net box into shape, cooling the filter core body, frame, cover plate, net-shaped clapboard, glass fiber net boxes, plant fiber net box, and purification net box; (iii) after all the components are cooled, making non-woven fabric into pleated shape, bonding the non-woven fabric between the two net-shaped clapboards, filling the glass fiber into the glass fiber net box, filling the plant fiber into the glass fiber net boxes, gluing the glass fiber net box obliquely between the net-shaped clapboard, inserting the net-shaped clapboard into the inner wall of the filter element body in turn, and filling the activated carbon into the three-stage deodorizing cavity to complete the preliminary connection of the components; (iv) preparing purification net box coating by: taking 2 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 2 pts. wt. vanadium pentoxide, 3 pts. wt. molybdenum trioxide, 1.3 pts. wt. graphene, 2.2 pts. wt. trihydric alcohol, 30 pts. wt. organic solvent, 1 pts. wt. catalyst, and 0.2 pts. wt. curing agent; pouring organic solvent into reaction kettle, sequentially pouring nano titanium dioxide, vanadium pentoxide, molybdenum trioxide, graphene, and trihydric alcohol, adding them to the organic solvent, stirring and mixing, adding catalyst and curing agent, mixing well, filling the reaction kettle with inert gas, and reacting for 2-4 hours in environment with temperature of 80-100degrees Celsius and pressure of 4 KPa to obtain a polymer emulsion; (v) subjecting polymer emulsion obtained by the reaction kettle to spinning treatment, spraying the polymer emulsion into the forming mold, forming an net-shaped structure, drying the net-shaped section in 170-200degrees Celsius for 15-30 minutes, cutting according to the size of the purification net box, filling the cut net-shaped structure into purification net box, and inserting the purification net box into the filter core body; and (vi) connecting and assembling components required for preparation of the filter core according to the previous method to obtain the filter core.
