NOVELTY - A conductive film comprises release film and conductive adhesive layer. The conductive adhesive layer comprises 10-15 pts. wt. polydimethylsiloxane, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. graphene, 0.5-3 pts. wt. AS resin, 20-30 pts. wt. butylbenzene rubber, 10-15 pts. wt. polyvinyl formal resin, 1-7 pts. wt. butadiene rubber, 10-20 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylformamide, 5-8 pts. wt. urea resin, 1-7 pts. wt. methylenediamine, 2-3 pts. wt. curing agent, 7-10 pts. wt. copper powder, 2-4 pts. wt. azobisisobutyronitrile and 1-3 pts. wt. triethylamine. USE - Conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The adhesive has good ductility, elasticity, heat resistance, physical strength, water resistance, moisture resistance and electrical properties, and no overflow problem of components after pressing step.
