The step (a) includes adding the factory self-made ultra-fine low-impurity boron carbide powder to prescription auxiliary materials, mixing in a V-shaped mixer by dry method, further dispersing and mixing the mixed dry materials with each other through a high-speed crusher, adding the above-mentioned fully dispersed and uniformly mixed dry powder into a kneader, adding water containing plasticizer, dispersant, and binder, and kneading to discharge. The step (b) includes after discharging the material, adding the material to the mud refiner for multiple cycles of mud refining section, and performing plastic sealing the mud section to prevent moisture loss and aging for multiple days. USE - The method is used for production of boron carbide bulletproof ceramic plug board, which is used for forming hyperboloid support mold. ADVANTAGE - The method uses the technique after selecting the superfine powder, keeps high consistency of each point, and solves the problem that the performance of each point of the plate is not even when the filling is not even when the dry pressing.
