NOVELTY - The invention claims a multifunctional yoga mat, comprising a base film, an electric heating layer and a base layer; the electric heating layer is set on the base layer; the base film is set on one side of the electroluminescent heat layer away from the base layer; the base film is made of flexible material; when it is stressed, it can generate restorable deformation; the electro-thermal layer comprises a flexible bottom layer, a sheet graphene film layer and a mesh wire; the sheet graphene film layer is set on the flexible bottom layer; the mesh wire is connected with the sheet graphene film layer to form a power supply loop; the sheet graphene film layer heats when working, and emits light energy wave with 9um ~ 10um wavelength to the outside at the preset temperature. when reaching the preset temperature range, the sheet graphene film emits light energy wave with preset wavelength outwards; therefore, when the multifunctional yoga mat is used as yoga mat, it can be used as yoga mat; the normal period can be applied to other light energy wave health care, and the occasion of heating, expanding the using scene of the multifunctional yoga mat.
