▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing carbon film-coated molybdenum/graphene catalyst comprises e.g. ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid, adding dispersion liquid in sugar precursor, adding dispersant polyvinyl pyrrolidone and chloromolybdate, mixing uniformly, adding dispersion liquid in hydro-thermal kettle, heating, washing the resulting liquid with deionized water and ethanol repeatedly, freezing and drying to obtain molybdenum/graphene powder, adding powder in a ceramic crucible, placing in a tubular furnace, heating and cooling naturally. USE - The method is useful for preparing carbon film-coated molybdenum/graphene catalyst (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has excellent methanol resistance property, and circulation stability; has improved performance according to 10000 times of cyclic voltammetry test, which is far better than the commercial molybdenum/carbon catalyst. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing carbon film-coated molybdenum/graphene catalyst, comprises (i) ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water to obtain 0.05-1 wt.% graphene oxide dispersion liquid, adding 1000-20000 pts. wt. graphene oxide dispersion in 40-800 pts. wt. sugar precursor, adding 1-20 pts. wt. dispersant polyvinyl pyrrolidone and 0.5-10 pts. wt. chloromolybdate and mixing uniformly, adding dispersion liquid into the hydro-thermal kettle, heating for 3-18 hours at 180 degrees C, washing the resulting liquid with deionized water, and ethanol repeatedly, freezing and drying to obtain molybdenum/graphene powder, and (ii) adding molybdenum/graphene powder into ceramic crucible, placing in a tubular furnace under nitrogen atmosphere, heating at 600-1000 degrees C for 1-3 hours, where the heating rate is 5-20 degrees C/minute, cooling naturally under nitrogen atmosphere to obtain carbon film-coated molybdenum/graphene catalyst.
