NOVELTY - An aqueous epoxy anticorrosive paint comprises component A comprising an aqueous epoxy resin emulsion, a delusterant, an antifoaming agent, a wetting dispersant, an aqueous coupling agent, and graphene; component B comprising a curing agent, an anti-settling thixotropic agent, and an aqueous coupling agent; and component C comprising an anticorrosive filler including a rare earth material, a composite ferro-titanium powder, zinc powder, and aluminum powder. USE - An aqueous epoxy anticorrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous epoxy anticorrosive paint is environment-friendly, and has good anti-corrosion performance and adhesion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the aqueous epoxy anticorrosive paint, comprising: (A) preparing polyethylene pyrrolidone solution, adding graphene, and hydrophilic coupling agent, standing in ice water bath, ultrasonic dispersing, centrifuging, and taking supernatant and obtain graphene dispersion liquid; (B) adding aqueous epoxy resin to the graphene dispersion emulsion to obtain mixed solution, adding antifoaming agent, wetting dispersant, and delusterant, and uniformly mixing to obtain component A; (C) uniformly mixing modified polyamine curing agent, anti-settling thixotropic agent, and aqueous coupling agent to obtain component B; (D) uniformly mixing zinc powder, aluminum powder, rare earth powder, and composite ferrotitanium powder to obtain component C; and (E) uniformly mixing A, B, and C, and adding water to adjust viscosity.
