▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The case has an inner core (1), a heat-resistant layer (2), an insulating layer (3), a graphite core layer (4), a braided layer and a wear layer (7) that are arranged from inside to outside. The inner core is formed by twisting aluminum alloy wires. The braided layer is a carbon fiber braided layer or a flexible graphite wire braided layer. The carbon fiber braided layer adopts a pattern weaving method to form a diagonal pattern or a straight pattern on an outer surface of the carbon fiber braided layer. An inner surface of the flexible graphite wire braided layer is coated with conductive glue. An insulating layer is a fluoroplastic. The wear layer is a protective cover woven from stainless steel wire. USE - Graphene grounding case for use in power grid grounding field. ADVANTAGE - The inner core is formed by twisting high-strength heat-resistant aluminum alloy wires to improve the rigidity of the grounding case. The grounding case has excellent high temperature resistance. The surface strength of the woven layer is reinforced by texture design. The abrasion of the fluid is reduced on the surface of woven layer. The setting of the wear layer enhances the wear resistance of grounding case and improves the service life. The graphene grounding case solves the problem that the existing flexible graphite grounding case is easy to be brushed by fluid to remove the graphite.
