NOVELTY - Production of lime involves washing limestone raw materials with water to remove impurities, drying, crushing by hammer crusher to obtain crushed stone, grinding and sieving the crushed stone using vertical mill to prepare limestone powder, washing coal raw materials with water to remove impurities drying, crushing by hammer crusher to obtain crushed coal, grinding and sieving the crushed coal using vertical mill to prepare coal powder with the particle size of 0.5-1 mm, adding limestone powder and coal powder into a mixer, and uniformly mixing to obtain a calcined raw material, carrying out calcination of the material using boiling kiln, separating by cyclone separator, cooling to obtain a lime semifinished product, sieving the lime semifinished product with 80-mesh sieve, adding composite hydrophobic agent, uniformly mixing in a mixer, grinding by vertical mill, airing, sieving with a 250-mesh sieve and separating by a cyclone separator. USE - Production of lime for aerated bricks, frame structures of industrial and civil buildings and buildings in weak geology. ADVANTAGE - The method uses composite hydrophobic agent and dry gel with three-dimensional network structure, so the aerated bricks can improve the sound insulation effect of the brick without affecting strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Production of lime involves washing limestone raw materials with water to remove impurities, drying, crushing by hammer crusher to obtain crushed stone with diameter of 8-10 mm, grinding and sieving the crushed stone using vertical mill to prepare limestone powder with particle size of 4-6 mm, washing coal raw materials with water to remove impurities drying, crushing by hammer crusher to obtain crushed coal with the diameter of 2-3 mm, grinding and sieving the crushed coal using vertical mill to prepare coal powder with the particle size of 0.5-1 mm, adding limestone powder and coal powder into a mixer, and uniformly mixing to obtain a calcined raw material, carrying out calcination of the material at 950-1080℃ for 2-2.5 hours using boiling kiln, separating by cyclone separator, cooling to 180-220℃ to obtain a lime semifinished product, sieving the lime semifinished product with 80-mesh sieve, adding composite hydrophobic agent, uniformly mixing in a mixer, grinding by vertical mill, airing, sieving with a 250-mesh sieve and separating by a cyclone separator.
