▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing low volume shrinkage carbon nanofiber aerogel, comprises (a) preparing polymer spinning precursor solution, and electrostatically spinning to obtain polymer nanofiber film, (b) stabilizing and carbonizing the polymer nanofiber film to obtain carbon nanofiber film, (c) dispersing the carbon nanofiber film in water, adding auxiliary agent and homogenizing and dispersing to obtain carbon nanofiber dispersion liquid, where the auxiliary agent comprises carbon material, bonding agent and crosslinking agent, (d) freezing the carbon nanofiber dispersion liquid and molding and freezing and drying to obtain the aerogel, then performing thermal cross-linking and pyrolysis treatment or performing pyrolysis treatment to obtain low volume shrinkage carbon nanofiber aerogel. USE - The method is useful for preparing low volume shrinkage carbon nanofiber aerogel. ADVANTAGE - The aerogel has good mechanical property, and solves the problem of high brittleness and high volume shrinkage of the carbon nanofiber aerogel prepared by current electrostatic spinning process.
