▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Constructing engineered intelligent myocardial tissue based on fish scale substrate, comprises: (i) adhering a layer of thermal deformation film on the bottom of the fish scale, and making it self-deform under near infrared drive; (ii) inoculating myocardial cell and supporting cell on the processed fish scale surface obtained in step (i), and culturing to form the pulsed engineered myocardial tissue; (iii) simulating self-deformation contraction of the engineered myocardial tissue under near infrared drive; and (iv) promoting structural and functional maturation of the engineered intelligent myocardial tissue by non-contact mechanical stimulation generated by self-deformation. USE - The engineered intelligent myocardial tissue is useful in research of myocardial repair, in vitro cardiovascular disease model construction and cardiotoxicity screening. ADVANTAGE - The method can obtain the engineered myocardial tissue with spatiotemporal intelligent responses, can mimic in vivo physiological environment by completely combining the directional cell assembly and non-contact mechanical stimulation, and promotes the structural and functional maturation of the engineered myocardial tissue.
