NOVELTY - Preparing photocatalytic electrode comprises (a) adding bismuth chloride and zinc chloride into water, fully stirring to dissolve to obtain the zinc bismuth source reaction liquid, adding thiourea into the aqueous solution of N, N-dimethyl formamide, adding sulfur source reaction liquid, stirring to obtain the hydrothermal reaction liquid, dispersing the graphene oxide in the hydrothermal reaction liquid, uniformly stirring under the protection of argon gas, hydrothermal reacting for 3-10 hours at 240-460 degrees C, drying and (b) dispersing the zinc bismuth sulfide/graphene oxide in the mixed solution of water and absolute ethyl alcohol to obtain suspension, uniformly coating the suspension liquid on the surface of the glass carbon electrode after polishing, cleaning, dropping Nafion (RTM: Sulfonated tetrafluoroethylene based fluoropolymer-copolymer) solution on the electrode surface and drying to obtain the zinc bismuth sulfide/graphene oxide/glass carbon electrode. USE - The method is useful for preparing photocatalytic electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, easy to operate and has low processing cost, high removal rate; saves energy; is environmental protection and has huge economic and social benefits. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIM are also included for: (1) a photocatalytic electrode prepared by above the method; and (2) use method of the photocatalytic in wastewater treatment comprising inputting the waste water in the reaction container, adding sodium sulfate as electrolyte, using diluted hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH value to 5-6.5 and photocatalytic electrode as working electrode, taking platinum wire and saturated calomel electrode as respectively electrode and reference electrode, passing external voltage 1-2.5V, applying visible light and oscillating reaction.
