NOVELTY - Processing of composite box involves mixing graphene and acrylonitrile monomer in nitrogen atmosphere, heating, precipitating, centrifuging, washing, drying, obtaining polyacrylonitrile grafted graphene, weaving the polyacrylonitrile grafted graphene into fiber cloth, placing in a plate mold, adding molten liquid in molten state, cooling to room temperature, obtaining panel (A), externally trimming periphery of the panel (A), smoothening surface of the panel (A), splicing, and processing 2 or more trimmed panels (A) into top cover, bottom and side wall of container. USE - Processing of composite box used for construction applications. ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical processing of composite box, and provides processed lightweight composite box having excellent strength and handleability.
