NOVELTY - Lithium battery cathode film, comprises 60-98 pts. wt. active material, 1-40 pts. wt. adhesive, and 0.1-5 pts. wt. conductive agent. The active material is a mixture formed by mixing carbon material, lithium titanate, nano-chromium nitride, and porous nano-tin dioxide in a mass ratio of (3-5):0.8:(0.1-0.3):0.2. The adhesive is N-(4-cyano-3-trifluoromethylphenyl) methacrylamide, N-trimethylol methacrylamide, allyl furoate. N-Vinylcarbazole is made by free radical polymerization. USE - The cathode film is useful in lithium battery cathode , which is useful as power supplies for portable electronic devices including personal computers, camcorders and cellular phones, and as power sources in electric automobile field. ADVANTAGE - The lithium battery cathode film has higher compaction density, and increases the energy density and cycle life of the battery. The process period is short, the surface is not easy to remove powder, and the surface of the film cathode does not easily to fall powder. The method does not need to process waste gas, no residual solvent, and has short process period. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the lithium battery cathode film comprising (i) uniformly mixing each component, (ii) extruding the mixed material through high temperature and high pressure extrusion equipment, and molding through a slit die, and (iii) carrying out rolling and setting and bonding with the current collector, and winding to obtain the finished product of the cathode film of the lithium battery.
