NOVELTY - An antistatic graphene coating comprises 7-15 pts. wt. graphene powder, 24-32 pts. wt. terpene resin, 16-28 pts. wt. epoxy-terminated modified polyurethane resin, 4-9 pts. wt. sodium polyphosphate, 2-5 pts. wt. zirconium silicate, 3-6 pts. wt. vanadium diboride, 2-5 pts. wt. arabic gum, 2-6 pts. wt. cyclodextrin, 1-5 pts. wt. cetyl alcohol, 3-6 pts. wt. sodium benzoate, 4-8 pts. wt. nano attapulgite, 1-4 pts. wt. bis(isooctylthioglycolate)dimethyltin, 3-7 pts. wt. magnesium sulfate, 4-9 pts. wt. butylated hydroxyanisole, 1-5 pts. wt. isobutyltriethoxysilane coupling agent, 2-6 pts. wt. gamma -mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane, 4-7 pts. wt. leveling agent, and 60-100 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Antistatic graphene coating. ADVANTAGE - The antistatic graphene coating can be prepared by a simple and economical manner in a large-scale industrial manner, and has excellent hardness, adhesive force, impact strength and scratch resistance, and prolonged service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the antistatic graphene coating, which involves: (S1) mixing graphene powder and N,N-dimethylformamide, ultrasonically dispersing, then adding isobutyltriethoxysilane coupling agent to mix, again ultrasonically dispersing for 5-15 minutes, then controlling the temperature of the system at 60-80 degrees C, reacting for 8-16 hours, and cooling to room temperature to prepare a modified graphene dispersion; (S2) adding terpene resin and epoxy-terminated modified polyurethane resin to a stirring tank, heating at 50-70 degrees C, stirring at 500-1200 rpm for 15-30 minutes, then adding isopropanol and butyl acetate, and stirring at 650 rpm for 30 minutes to prepare a mixed liquid (A); (S3) evenly mixing gamma -mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane and ethanol, then adding sodium polyphosphate, zirconium silicate, vanadium diboride and nano-attapulgite, ultrasonically dispersing with the modified graphene dispersion for 30 minutes, putting the mixed liquid (A) put into a high-speed mixer together, and stirring at 700-1200 rpm for 10-35 minutes; (S4) adding sodium benzoate, bis(isooctylthioglycolate)dimethyltin, magnesium sulfate and butylated hydroxyanisole to the above high-speed mixer, and stirring at 1000-1500 rpm for 15-35 minutes; and (S5) adding arabic gum, cyclodextrin, cetyl alcohol and leveling agent, stirring at 300-600 rpm for 20-35 minutes, grinding, and defoaming.
