▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Silver/polymer/silver/graphene core-shell nano-mushroom material comprises silver nanowires, polymer coating layer wrapped on surface of silver nanowire, silver nanometer outer layer on surface of the polymer coating, and wrapped in polymer coating and silver nano-outer surface of graphene shell composed of four parts; where silver nanowire is 10-20nm silver nanoparticles, polymer coating layer is 8-13 nm polystyrene polyacrylic acid block copolymer layer, the silver nanometer outer layer is 20-60 nm mushroom head silver nanoparticle, and the thickness of the graphene shell layer is 10 nm. USE - The nano-mushroom material is useful for enhancing SERS signal output (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the silver/polymer/silver/graphene core-shell nano-mushroom material, comprising (i) dissolving sodium citrate and silver nitrate in water, mixing to obtain a mixed solution, adding ascorbic acid while stirring at room temperature, reacting for 5 minutes, centrifuging, collecting precipitate, obtaining the silver nanowires, (ii) adding the silver nanowire prepared in step (i) to an aqueous solution of dimethylformamide containing a raman molecule of 2-naphthylthiophenol and a polystyrene polyacrylic acid block copolymer, vigorous stirring in the oil bath, heating at 110 degrees C for 2 hours, then slowly cooling to room temperature, centrifuging, collecting precipitate, obtaining the silver/polymer core-shell nano material, (iii) dissolving silver/polymer core-shell nanomaterials prepared in step (ii) in mixed solution of silver nitrate and sodium citrate dissolved in water, while stirring slowly adding ascorbate solution under the room temperature, reacting for 1 hours, centrifuging and collecting the precipitate to obtain silver/polymer/silver core-shell nanomaterials, and (iv) dissolving the silver/polymer/silver core-shell nanomaterials prepared in step(iii) are dissolved in a mixture of cysteamine and graphene dissolved in water, slowly stirring for 12 hours under the room temperature, after finishing the reaction, centrifuging and collecting the precipitate.
