NOVELTY - Preparing porous flexible material comprises (i) mixing the mixed dispersion slurry with the micro-foamed pore-forming particles, and stirring, dispersing to obtain a conductive paste, where the micro-foaming pore-forming particle includes micro-foaming water-soluble particles and pore-forming water-soluble particles, the mixed dispersion slurry includes a high temperature resistant high molecular polymer, a high elastic high molecular polymer, a conductive filler, a reinforcing filler, a crosslinking agent, a crosslinking accelerator and an organic solvent and (ii) heating the conductive paste obtained in step (i) to make the paste micro-foam and drying to obtain final product. USE - The porous flexible material is useful pressure sensitive element for preparing pressure sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The porous flexible material: has excellent high temperature resistance, pressure-sensitive.
