NOVELTY - Manufacturing (I) an electrical conductor (100) comprises: providing a substrate layer; depositing a surface layer (104) on the substrate layer; and depositing a graphene layer on the substrate layer. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing electrical conductor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) manufacturing (II) an electrical conductor, comprising providing the substrate layer, depositing a surface layer on the substrate layer, where the surface layer having pores (110) at least partially exposing the substrate layer, and forming graphene deposits in the pores; and (2) electrical conductor comprising the substrate layer of at least one of copper, copper alloy, nickel or nickel alloy, a surface layer of at least one of gold, gold alloy, silver, silver alloy, tin, tin alloy or palladium-nickel, where the surface layer has pores exposing the substrate layer, and a graphene deposit in the pores along the substrate layer.
