NOVELTY - Preparing super-hydrophobic micro-arc oxidation composite film comprises (1) polishing and cleaning the metal sample; (2) adding micro-arc oxidation electrolyte into stainless steel electrolytic tank, soaking metal sample obtained in the step (1) in micro-arc oxidation electrolyte, using metal sample as anode, using stainless steel electrolytic cell as cathode, using pulse current for micro-arc oxidation treatment to form micro-arc oxidation film on the surface of the metal sample; and (3)(3.1) grinding the metal sample after micro-arc oxidation treatment obtained in step (2) to remove the oxide layer of micro-arc oxidation film, and cleaning and drying it; (3.2) preparing an sodium orthosilicate aqueous solution (0.5-2 wt%), using sodium orthosilicate aqueous solution and ammonium perfluorooctanoate according mass ratio of (5-10):1 as diluent, diluting the PTFE emulsion with solid content of 35-50% into PTFE emulsion with solid content of 5-20%. USE - The method is useful for preparing super-hydrophobic micro-arc oxidation composite film. ADVANTAGE - The composite film: has excellent corrosion resistance.
