NOVELTY - Polyimide/graphene X-ray window film comprises graphene or graphene oxide, diamine monomer, dianhydride monomer and organic solvent, where the mass ratio of graphene and diamine monomer is 0.01:1, or the mass ratio of graphene oxide and diamine monomer is 0.01:1; the molar ratio of dianhydride monomer and diamine monomer is 1:1; and the volume to mass ratio of organic solvent and diamine monomer 13.3 ml: 1 g. USE - Used as a polyimide/graphene X-ray window film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the polyimide/graphene X-ray window film, comprising adding diamine monomer and organic solvent into a vessel, stirring at a stirring speed of 600 revolutions per minute in sealed condition for 40-80 minutes to obtain diamine monomer/organic solvent solution, adding graphene or graphene oxide, sealing and placing in an ultrasonic bath for carrying out shock treatment, so as to completely dissolve graphene or graphene oxide, stirring at stirring speed of 600 revolutions per minute for 40-80 minutes, to obtain a premix; (ii) adding dianhydride monomer and diamine monomer in the molar ratio of 1:1 into premix, stirring at 600 revolutions/minute, completely dissolving dianhydride monomer and diamine monomer, continuing stirring speed at 800 revolutions per minute for 1.5-2.5 hours, placing the vessel in a vacuum column for 2 hours, and removing air bubbles, to obtain a coating film; and (iii) colloidal coating the coating film on a clean glass plate using the coating machine, then sequentially processing at 80 degrees C for 8 hours, 120 degrees C for 1 hour, 150 degrees C for 1 hour, 200 degrees C for 40 minutes, 250 degrees C for 30 minutes, 280 degrees C for 30 minutes, 310 degrees C for 30 minutes, and 340 degrees C for 3 hours, then cooling to 20-100 degrees C, to obtain glass plate with thin film, placing the glass plate with thin film in deionized water and conducting mold releasing process, drying the obtained thin film at 90-110 degrees C for 5-10 hours.
