NOVELTY - Vibration damping block comprises a damping base material (1) set on the inner layer. The damping base material is embedded with titanium-aluminum alloy elastic net (2). The outer surface of the damping base material is covered with a woven carbon fiber buffer net (3). The inner part of the damping base material is provided with an irregular buffer cavity (4). The outer surface of the gap of the woven carbon fiber buffer net is provided with multiple T-shaped bumps (5). The vibration damping base material comprises recycling 30-45% butyl rubber, 5-15% organic rare earth modified polyphenylene pyridine and diimidazole short fiber, 5-10% organic rare earth modified short polyimide, 2-5% 4, 4'-bis (2, 2-dimethyl-benzyl) diphenylamine, 2-3% oxidized graphene, 2.5-10% nano bamboo carbon fiber, 1.5-8% expanded graphite nano powder, 22-4.5 % calcium oxide, ferrous oxide and titanium dioxide, 1-2.5% zinc stearate, 1-5% aluminum oxalate and 30-45% filler. USE - The block is useful for air conditioner product (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The block: has multifunctional high performance damping effect, strong working ability and long service life; improves the stability, anti-aging and rigidity; is coated with light titanium-aluminum alloy elastic net and organic woven carbon fiber buffer net on the surface of the conventional damping damper block; improves the damping-damping effect of the damper; avoids the damper to reduce the service life because of breaking; improves the performance and comfort and prolongs the service-life and value.
