NOVELTY - The device has a guide rail (3) horizontally arranged on a base (1). An end of a board (2) is connected with the guide rail. A joint of a first cross beam (4) is fixed on an upper part of the guide rail by a bracket. Two cleaning brushes (5) are arranged on the first cross beam, where distance between the cleaning brushes is equal to distance between two frame cleaning grids (6). A second cross beam (7) is fixed in the upper part of the guide rail through the bracket. A water pipe (8) is fixed on the second cross beam. Two air gun nozzles (9) are formed on an electromagnetic switch that is connected with a controller signal line. USE - Graphene-based lead-charcoal super battery pole plate smearing device. ADVANTAGE - The device cleans lead paste redundant of a grid frame, extracts a lead plaster plate for performing recycling process so as to increase quality of the lead plaster plate and reduces processing cost.
