NOVELTY - A graphene thin film transferring tool device comprises a base plate (1), a fixing column (2) fixed on the base plate, a lower clamp, and an upper clamp. The lower clamp and the upper clamp are used fixing graphene thin film support layer. The fixed column is provided with recesses for fixing lower clamp and upper clamp. USE - Graphene thin film transferring tool device. ADVANTAGE - The device allows simultaneous growing of graphene thin film on catalytic substrate and carrying out etching, thus increasing production efficiency.
