▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing modified phenolic resin fiber involves adding a polymer to the prepolymer of the phenolic resin to obtain a polymer-prepolymer solution, adding a graphene substance to the polymer-prepolymer solution to carry out the polymerization reaction of the thermoplastic phenolic resin to obtain a reaction solution and obtaining a modified phenolic resin after purification. The modified phenolic resin obtained is spun into a phenolic fiber precursor and then cured and crosslinked to obtain a modified phenolic resin fiber. USE - Method for preparing modified phenolic resin fiber used as a reinforcing material, a flame retardant material, a heat insulating material, buffer material, a phenolic carbon fiber, and an electrode material, or a combination of two kinds of materials (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare modified phenolic resin fiber, which helps to achieve the uniform dispersion of graphene to solve the problem of simple addition of graphene with easy agglomeration and dispersion, and has improved strength, toughness and electrical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an electrode composite material, which is obtained by subjecting a phenolic resin fiber to carbonization.
