▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - High temperature resistant ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber comprises ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene solution and graphene water dispersion, where the weight ratio of the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene solution and graphene water dispersion is 50-55:1, the graphene water dispersion comprises graphite, sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate, concentrated sulfuric acid, potassium permanganate, de-ionized water and hydrogen peroxide solution, and the weight ratio of the component raw material is (1-3):(0.5-1.5):(1-2):(2-3):(0.1-0.3):(5-15):(2-3). USE - Used as high temperature resistant ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the high temperature resistant ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber, comprising graphite, sodium nitrate at 0 degrees C potassium nitrate and concentrated sulfuric acid, stirring, adding potassium permanganate, preserving temperature and reacting, heating to 20-25 degrees C, reacting, dropping deionized water, stirring, when it is normal temperature, dropping hydrogen peroxide solution until the system is bright yellow, allowing to stand, centrifuging and washing until the supernatant pH display neutral, ultrasonic, obtaining the graphene water dispersion; then mixing the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene solution with graphene water dispersion, swelling, stirring and raising the temperature to 40-50 degrees C, keeping the temperature, forming spinning fluid, extruding to obtain gel protofilament, then extracting, super-stretching.
