NOVELTY - Manufacturing a nano-carbon material comprises doping boron into original nano-carbon material, doping carbon into the boron-doped nano-carbon material, and carrying out strong acid treatment of the carbon and boron-doped nano-carbon material. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing nano-carbon material. ADVANTAGE - The nano-carbon material has high-conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for carbon nanotube fibers, comprising 5-9 atm.% boron and 0.8-1.7 atm.% nitrogen, and have electrical conductivity of 3000-7000 Sm2/kg and specific strength of 30-200 cN/Tex.
