NOVELTY - Preparing iron-manganese phosphate complex (FexMnyDz)3(PO4)2precursor, comprises mixing the raw materials and the treatment solution comprising iron source, manganese source, D source and phosphorus source, performing hydrothermal treatment, and subjecting the hydrothermal reaction system to rotary evaporation treatment to obtain precursor, where D is other transition metal elements, and x+y+z=1, and z is 0-0.1, the treatment liquid is a mixed solution comprising water, polyethylene glycol and additive, the additive is oleic acid, oleate, citric acid, or citrate, the temperature in the rotary steaming treatment stage is 60-80℃, the rotation speed is 300-650 revolutions/minute, and the evaporation pressure is 25-50 mmHg. USE - The lithium iron manganese phosphate-carbon is used as an anode active material for the preparation of a lithium secondary battery preferably lithium-ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides (FexMnyDz)3 (PO4)2 precursor with high performance, good for subsequent preparation to obtain the active material with high electrochemical performance of the prepared material.
